Students & PArents

No grades. No tests. No sitting in a chair while someone talks at you. The Lost Club is a free, open fabrication lab where high school students learn to turn recycled plastic into real-world solutions. If you like building, if you're curious about how things are made, or if you just hate sitting still—this is for you.

The Workspace: Modular. Industrial. Real.

We don't do "crafts." We do manufacturing. Our lab is organized into specialized workspaces where you learn the full lifecycle of a product:

  • The Shredder: Processing community waste into raw material.

  • The Extrusion Line: Melting and molding plastic into bricks, beams, and structural parts.

  • The Injection Station: Creating precise, high-volume products.

  • The Design Lab: Using CAD and 3D modeling to build the molds or make 3d prints that make it all possible.

How It Works: Pitch. Build. Deploy.

You don't get assignments here. You get access.

  1. The Pitch: You find a problem in the community. Maybe the park needs new benches, or a local non-profit needs durable storage. You bring the idea to the shop.

  2. The Build: You recruit a crew. We provide the space, the recycled plastic, the industrial tools, and the mentorship. You lead the build. We get out of your way.

  3. The Deploy: Your product doesn't go in a trash can or a display case. It gets installed in the real world to solve the problem you identified.

Skills for the Real World

You’ll learn how to take an idea out of your head and put it into your hands. We teach everything from scratch:

  • CAD Design & 3D Modeling

  • CNC Machining & Mold Making

  • Industrial Fabrication & Assembly

  • Project Management & Leadership

The "Pork King" Promise

Because our overhead is covered by Pork King Good, The Lost Club is 100% free for students. Safety is our absolute priority; students are trained and supervised by industry experts before touching any equipment. We run this like a real manufacturing floor—because it is one.
