The school problem: Shop programs are disappearing. The students who learn best with their hands are graduating without skills or a path. We are building the program their school cut.

The workforce problem: 79% of Wisconsin manufacturers struggle to find skilled workers. The pipeline is broken. We are one piece of fixing it.
